Refund Policy

We want you to love your Hop on Nails nails. If something is not right, this is how returns and refunds work.

Returns within 14 days

You may return an item within 14 days of the day it was delivered, provided it is unopened, unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

What we cannot accept back

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of sets that have been opened, applied, tried on, or used, or of items that are not in their original packaging. Please choose your size carefully using the size chart on each product page — a wrong size ordered is not a product defect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive a different item from the one you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost where we ask you to send the item back.

How to start a return

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for our reply with the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before we confirm — parcels sent without confirmation may not be found or processed.
Send the item back in its original, sealed packaging. We recommend using a tracked service, because we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Unless the return is because of a damaged, defective or wrong item, the cost of shipping the item back to us is paid by you.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take some additional days for the money to appear in your account.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still return it under the conditions above.
